Refunds are not available under any circumstances, as the code is delivered entirely in plain text and unencrypted at the time of purchase. Once the product is purchased and delivered, there is no way to recover it. Even without activating the license, the purchaser already has full knowledge of the unencrypted product due to its very nature, and it is strictly non-refundable. We track activation data for our own statistical purposes and/or to enforce this policy.
